Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations in our West Island office. This role is ideal for someone with strong accounting and administrative skills who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and supporting a close-knit team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle bookkeeping and accounting functions using QuickBooks
  • Manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP)
  • Organize and maintain office systems, supplies, and files
  • Support various office projects and ad hoc initiatives
  • Assist colleagues with administrative and operational tasks
  • Ensure the office runs smoothly and professionally at all times

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in office administration and bookkeeping
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Teams)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
